Leaked Image: Blackberry 10 Smartphone | Review Specifications

Blackberry 10 Smartphone

Research in Motion(RIM) has already confirmed that BlackBerry 10 smartphones won't be shipping until late this year. The latest images, courtesy of BlackBerry Italia, show the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone, codenamed BlackBerry London, in all its touchscreen glory.
The images have come from one of RIM's external ad agencies and highlight the much-awaited introduction of home screen widgets. The pictures reveal a number of changes, such as an updated Windows Phone-like icon tray that features dedicated call, search and camera buttons, quarter-screen widgets, iOS-styled folders and integrated video calling.

As you can see, the usual apps are present: Contacts, Browser, Calendar, BBM, Text Messaging, App World, Pictures, Music, Videos, Facebook, and Maps. I do see, however, two new apps that aren’t on my BlackBerry: FocalPoint and Story Maker.

Some companies have managed to get access to two of the RIM’s new Blackberry handsets which are going to feature brand new BlackBerry 10 OS. Purportedly, there are some leaked documents that do not just contain some images but also shed light on RIM’s new BlackBerry 10 handset specifications and features.
