LG Optimus G Pro Lite 'Dual SIM Variant' has been Launched in India at low Cost

LG electronics has launched Optimus G Pro Dual SIM version smartphone 'LG Optimus G Pro Lite' in India at Rs. 22,990/-.

LG G Pro Lite is a mid-range smartphone, which was earlier announced for selected countries including India.

"The LG G Pro Lite is a feature and experience rich smartphone specifically designed to provide communication flexibility to our growing customer base. We are strengthening our mobile portfolio by continously adding-in feature and experience rich devices so as to provide our customers with competitive devices. The market for smartphones with displays over five inches will continue to grow and LG is in a great position to capture these new customers when they're ready to move up from their current phones," said LG M.D, Soon Kwon at launch event.

According to specs, the Optimus G Pro comes with Dual SIM support and Stylus pen, a 5.5-inch qHD IPS display with 540 x 960 pixels of resolution. It sports 8 MP ( Megapixel ) rear camera and a 1.3 MP front facing camera.

LG Optimus G Pro is powered by a MediaTek 6577 Dual-Core processor clocked at 1 GHz with 1 GB of RAM. It comes with 8 GB of internal storage capacity which you can expand via microSD card.

LG G Pro runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and packed with 3,140 mAh battery capacity.

Google Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 shown off in Video | Leak

We've already seen Google Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 KitKat leaked images in past weeks and now a new 7-minutes video popped up and shown off the Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 with some bit of details.

This 7-minutes video is recorded and uploaded by Smartphones.sfr.fr by showing Nexus 5 side by side. The video shows back of the smartphone similar to Nexus 7 2013, having rubberized plastic.

According to video, there you can see two speaker on either side of the microUSB 2.0 port, a power button, SIM tray, headphone 3.5mm jack, and Volume rocker . The camera app is open in the video, but action taken at all, no image capture from it, we don't get the camera quality.

In Addition, under the settings as showed in the video, Wi-Fi, clock, and more. but the main part operating system name show off as Key Lime Pie in the settings, here is huge doubt in this build, it's hard to know leaks are real or fake, although the video have no sound to clarify and still lot of questions left to answer.

LG device 'Nexus 5' leaked photos appearing on the web over a past month, here some new leaked photos of Nexus 5 shows off it with new user interface of coming Android 4.4 KitKat.

These leaked images courtesy of the Italian site tuttoandroid, the images shows new Nexus 5 running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. After all, Google could try to unveil the Nexus 5 smartphone next week and will available to purchase in mid of November.

Have a look on Nexus 5 software, the running Android 4.4 having a build number KRS92B and kernel 3.4.0, so this is not a final build of KitKat, many changes could appear when it's release to the world.

Some changes revealed in the setting app, Location detection related settings in ascending order, "Device sensors" mode which use the GPS system, "Battery saving" mode uses Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile network, "High accuracy" mode which uses all three GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile network connectivity.

Apart from that, a Tap & Pay option located in setting, which indicates to the upcoming Google Wallet.

LG Electronics announced its newest flagship smartphone, the device is today's (Samsung Galaxy S4) most powerful Android OS based smartphone called the LG Optimus G Pro. The LG Optimus G Pro is an upgrade, brings a new design and a large 5.5-inch full HD display.

With 5.5-inch display the LG Optimus G Pro have rounded shape, glossy, plastic back panel. LG Electronics presented world's thinnest 1080p full HD LCD display panel for smartphones. Now a days, smartphones are getting thinner. The LG's thinnest LCD is 5.2-inch size and the panel is only 2.2mm thick and has a 2.3mm bezel. The LG company claims that they used Advanced One-Glass-Solution Technology and its new panel is both slimmest and narrowest among existing full HD displays and for greater brightness the numbers of lines have been reduced by 30 percent on the panel.

"Today's introduction of the world's slimmest full HD LCD Panel represents an exciting advancement for the high-end smartphone segment, and is possible due to our world-class expertise in IPS and touch technologies," Vice President and Head of LG Display's IT and Mobile Development Group's Byeong-Koo Kim said. According to this thinnest LCD panel, it's expecting that upcoming LG Optimus G2 smartphone is using the same LCD panel and is coming in Q3 of 2013. Rumors and leaked images stats that the display will be 5.2-inches and it might be 1080p.
