Micromax Canvas 4 is the next most anticipated smartphone launch in India next month. Micromax’s forthcoming flagship model the Canvas 4 has been creating quite the buzz and as the date of an unveiling nears, we are seeing a steady increase in the number of leaks and rumors. The first set of press photos surfaced online recently.
It is not that the company has officially announced or released any data or images but the first supposed image of Canvas 4 is being shared with you and we are pretty sure this is your first look at the device. The image of Micromax Canvas 4 has been sent to a select few media by @MMXNewscaster and the source should be trusted by looking at its past record.
Rumours about the next generation Canvas smartphone have gained traction with its debut event just around the corner. Regarding its specifications, Canvas 4, is expected to sport a 5.5Inch Full HD 1080p display powered by a 2GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor along with PowerVR Series 5XT graphics. It is also speculated to pack 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which can be further expanded through the microSD card slot.
According to connectivity, the device may arrived with Single and Dual-SIM card slots versions, Surf net at lighting speed with 3G. Canvas 4 has NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11, and USB 2.0 ports. It is also expected to host a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, a 3.2-megapixel front-facing camera, a long backup 3,000mAh battery and the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system. The other add-on features of the image snapper would be autofocus, face and smile detection and image stabilization.
