Google just launched its Chrome-OS based 11.6 inch Chrome-book and is powered by ARM Samsung. Chrome-book is the most cheapest laptop priced at US $249, UK £229, INR Rs13200. We've heard that the company has introduced a pair of Samsung devices, both of which are running on the Chrome operating system.
Google says : The Samsung XE303C12 represents the culmination of its Chrome-book initiative, providing an affordable, easy-to-use machine for everyday tasks.
This gets to the heart of the Chromebook vision. In order to have one, two or more computers around the house, they need to be easy to use and much more affordable.
Google said : There's no need to worry about security updates and maintenance is easy; all you need to do is charge the battery. It just works.
Now look at some chrome-book features as it's ARM-based Processor (fanless) , 0.8-inches thin, weights only 2.5 pounds, runs 6.5+ hours on battery and supports 1080p Full HD video playback. Google includes Google Now integration using Google Drive as a transport and comes with 100GB of free storage for two years.
There is a dual-core A15-based Samsung Exynos 5 Dual (5250) SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB of built-in flash storage. Connectivity includes one USB 2.0 and one USB 3.0 port, an HDMI output, an SD memory card slot, a headphone/microphone combo jack, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and of course runs Google’s other operating system, Chrome OS.
